North Sea Investment (“NSI”) is an investment management company specializing in North American real estate assets, dedicated to serving the wealth growth needs of institutional investors, private equity funds, family offices and high net worth individuals, as well as the financing needs of local assets providers in the United States.  NSI has diversified asset portfolio consisting of secured debt and LP equities in a collection of reliable and promising real estate projects in U.S. gateway cities and other momentum submarkets.

North Sea invests substantial capital in commercial real estate projects in U.S. on behalf of wide span of investors domestic and abroad, including high net worth individuals, families, institutions as well as private funds.   With proven track record of consistently delivering projected returns to investors North Sea has earned an industry reputation of reliability.

North Sea maintains focus on (1) making highly selective equity investment in real estate projects in U.S. gateway cities and momentum submarkets, and (2) providing traditional and alternative debt financing solutions to developers.
